0.00 40 minutes HA LONG BAY, VIETNAM: Whilst taking the boat out to the water home I'd rented last night I noticed a seaplane standing on the dock. It belonged to a company that does scenic flights over Ha Long Bay for just $100 for a 20 minute flight. This was a no brainer and I booked the seaplane flight for Ha Long Bay right away for next morning. This is that next morning.....
